Shopping Cart Update

Thank you all for your abundance of patience in waiting for your wedding and portrait images to go online. Our new shopping cart is ready and I am in the process of prepping for the web and loading the galleries.

Here is the current status update:

Weddings from 9/20, 9/21, and 9/27 will be available tomorrow afternoon.

Portrait sessions from the last 2 weeks will be available Friday afternoon.

All other active galleries will be migrated to the new cart over the next week. The old cart is scheduled for retirement on November 15th, but all orders should be made through the new cart starting as soon as your gallery is migrated.

Holiday Mini Sessions - October 18th

Now is the time to have your photo taken for your holiday cards and we are offering mini sessions this year specifically for holiday photos! They will be taking place at the Northglenn studio in the afternoon on Saturday October 18th.

The cost is $150 and includes the mini session, a set of 24 of our gorgeous holiday cards, and a $25 gift card good toward any of our sessions or products.

Website and Shopping Cart Down

We’re going through a few technical difficulites right now. Our host is migrating the servers and as a result our website and shopping cart have gone down. They should be back up some time today *crossing my fingers*.

We will also be unveiling a brand new shopping cart soon! The new one will have a better integrated way for you to give us your album selections (favorites can be sent directly to us!) and you’ll get to see the variety of new products that we offer while you are reviewing your images. Stay tuned for our grand opening sales!

Beth and Chris…maternity

Recently I visited with Beth and Chris to take some maternity photos to capture this wonderful moment in their lives. Keith and I photographed their wedding a few years ago and it was great to see them and catch up on what’s new. They are expecting a little girl who I can’t wait to meet!

New Products on the Horizon

As you can see we are adding new products to our lineup. I’m really excited about these and I love them! Some of them are products that I have personally given/received as gifts or to decorate my own home recently. Others are products that are the answer to popular comments like “we want to order more images from the session, but we don’t have enough wall space for all of them so we don’t know what to do with them”. Products like our storyboards and brag books allow you to showcase several images from your session in even the most limited spaces.

Stay tuned! As new stuff comes in for customers I will try to photograph them before sending them out so you can see different options.

Gallery Wrap Canvas

Gallery Wrap (g?l’?-r? rap)

Your favorite image is printed on canvas then stretched by hand over a 1.5″ custom made stretcher frame.
The image is sprayed with a UV spray to help protect it from cracking and fading.
The image can wrap around the edges or the edge can have a solid color, print, or text.
It is finished with a black backing, hanging hardware, and protective bumpers.
It is ready to hang, no framing is necessary.

Float Mount

Your favorite image is printed on photographic paper then dry-mounted to fiberboard and sealed with a protective finish.
The edges are beveled and the back has a box frame that makes the image appear to float from the wall when it is hung.
The image is ready to hang, no framing is necessary.

Size: The one on the wall is a 30×40 and the one in the chair is a 12×12.

Brag Book…sultan spice

Brag Book (br?g b??k)

Your favorite images bordered and printed on photographic paper. These are then mounted into a book.
The basic book is 10 pages and can be upgraded in increments of 10.
The cover options are a variety of silks and other fabrics.
The size options are 5×5 (square) and 5×7 (vertical or horizontal).
They are great for both wedding and portrait photographs.

Size: 5×7 horizontal, 20 pages
Cover: Sultan Spice, silk

Allison and Arnold…wedding

Allison and Arnold had an elegant wedding at the Hudson Gardens in Littleton. There are so many photos that I could share, but I need to finish up the processing so they get to see all of their photos soon :).

My friend Carl assisted me and he got some great photos too. Check out some of the ones he posted to his blog. I especially love the tent shot!

Sampson wanted to come inside and join in the getting ready festivities.

Allison’s mom made this for her to wear in her hair. it was perfect!

Up at the top of the page you’ll see the “Moments” bar. It will be updated to give you a peek into some of the latest goings on here. For example, right now you’ll see that we had our first wedding of the season this past weekend. The Moments bar is for those of you who don’t use a reader and just check in periodically.
